 Phil
began his real estate career in an REO Asset Management Company.
He initially was responsible for the coordination of budget and
workout plans for hundreds of REO properties across the United States
involved in the 1980's EPIC Bankruptcy Plan. He was responsible
for the calculation and collection of an additional one million
dollars due to a client in the TMIC mortgage insurance liquidation.
As Vice President of the Asset Management Company he was involved
in all aspects of loss mitigation from Default to Disposition. He
managed the liquidation of both residential and commercial properties
for a Savings and Loan under the Conservatorship of the Resolution
Trust Corporation and FDIC. For the past 10 years he has been a
multi-million dollar producer for a REO real estate company he established
to service the needs of the financial industry. He has helped more
than 60 institutional clients. He has attended numerous seminars
for real estate, appraising, foreclosure law, and REO training.
His background is in accounting and finance.

is licensed in Virginia and Maryland and has been a multi-million
Dollar Producer since mid-1980. Recently she has completed thousands
of residential property evaluations (BPOs) and has listed and sold
hundreds of Residential properties in Virginia and Maryland. She
has completed numerous courses for REO, Real Estate law, finance,
brokerage, appraisal, as well as various contractor courses for
home inspections, plumbing and electricity. She has received numerous
local and national awards for Real Estate production and service
and has worked with more than 50 corporate clients.

Albert began her real estate career as a licensed sales assistant
back in 1999. Today she is part of the REO Real Estate team assisting
both Brokers and handles the Brokers Price Opinion department for
the company. She has attended numerous seminars for real estate
training. She especially enjoys assisting people with all their
real estate needs.

Chris Covey
Sales Associate
 Chris Covey entered the real estate profession as a personal assistant to Linda Vane. she went on to obtain her real estate salesperson license so that she could better serve our company's numerous clients and customers. She has been an active member in the Sterling community through her involvement with her children's school and youth sports programs such as soccer, basketball and tae kwon do. Chris enjoys helping her friends and acquaintances fullfill their real estate goals and dreams. Prios to real estate Chris spent over ten years working as a personal trainer and fitness instructor.
